Giancarlo Caratti, with over 30 years of experience, has held managerial positions in various research units at the European Commission. This includes his involvement with the Task Force of the EU's participation at the World Expo Milan 2015. Prior to his involvement in Innov-Ars, he was responsible for the technology transfer and intellectual property rights (IPR) management unit at the Joint Research Centre.

Andrea Basso, is currently advisor to the Progress Tech Transfer Fund. In previous positions he served as CTO at various international company. He has almost 3 decades of academic, technical, and managerial experience in the telecommunications and ICT sectors , and has been involved in the development of many global standards. Andrea has more than 170 patents granted and has published over 60 articles and several chapters of books.

Matteo Pederzoli with a background in communication and international affairs, has a wealth of experience in strategic performance, innovation, and public policy. He advises the European institutions, excels in strategic planning for global gatherings, and has contributed to award-winning film productions and public art initiatives. His impact extends across diverse sectors, from corporations to government bodies, and he plays key roles in conceptualizing and executing national pavilions at World Expo’s.

Edoardo Caratti, after obtaining a master's degree from the Solvay Business School in Brussels, pursued further education in data management. Following his studies, he worked for renowned legal firms in Luxembourg and Belgium, where his responsibilities included software development and maintenance knowledge management systems.
